Your Subscription
- All subscriptions automatically renew
- 14 days notice must be given in writing to rachael@rachaelchiverton.co.uk to cancel a subscription
- All subscriptions include your single choice out 3 meals as selected by Focus On Connection Club it is optional to stay for the social connections and food.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Unless you purchased a corporate membership (details available on request) your membership can not be transferred to anyone else.
- There is no facility for pausing your subscription.
- Subscriptions are per calendar months and one day of subscription is one calendar day.
- Subscriptions between you and Rachael Chiverton Ltd t/a Focus On Connections Club are business to business transactions. No refund is possible once payment has been processed.
Membership payment
The preferred method of payment is debit / credit card and this card will be used to automatically take your subscription on it’s due date and you are agreeing that all future subscriptions can be taken from this card.
Cancelling your Subscription
For all types of initial paid subscription, ie 12 months, 6months, 3months subscription renewals, and promotional offers, no cancellation or refund is possible once payment has been processed. For all types of paid membership, at least 14 days’ notice is required in writing to cancel your membership. This notice period is the 14 days prior to the expiry date of the current term of your subscription. The notice must be given by email to rachael@rachaelchiverton.co.uk, which will be acknowledged by email within 2 working days. If you do not receive this email and cannot provide it to us on request, your cancellation will not be valid.
Promotional Club Subscriptions
Focus on Connections Club may occasionally offer a promotional rate on subscription prices, in all cases, promotional rate are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Access Restriction, termination, alteration or suspension
Focus on Connection Club may at any time without notice and for any reason deny you access any aspect of the Networking Service. You shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount corresponding to the unexpired portion of your membership if your access to subscription service is restricted, suspended or terminated.
Exclusion of liability and Indemnity
Use of Focus On Connections Club service is at your own risk. It is provided on an “as is” basis.
You are solely responsible for how you interact with other users of Focus On Connections Club.
Focus on Connection Club disclaims all liability whatsoever whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) as a result of or in connection with the Focus On Connect Club Service for any economic loss, loss of goodwill or reputation, or special or indirect or consequential loss or otherwise and all implied warranties terms and conditions relating Focus on Connection Club Service are hereby excluded.
In particular, Focus on Connection Club accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage sustained by you as a result, directly or indirectly arising out of:
• your attendance at events and meetings with other Focus on Connection Club Service. Focus On Connections Club does not provide any warranty as to the fitness or otherwise of the venue nor the owner and/or operator of the venue at which Focus on Connection Club meetings take place.
• any dealings that you have with any users of Focus On Connections Club Service.
• any subsequent arrangements, contracts, agreements or business relationships that you enter into with any person (whether a Member or otherwise) as a result of or facilitated by your use of the Focus on Connection Club Service.
If Focus on Connection club is found to be liable to you directly or indirectly in relation to the Focus on Connection Club Service that liability shall be limited to the subscription fee. Nothing in these terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. You agree to indemnify us in full and on demand against any loss, damage, costs or expenses which we suffer or incur directly or indirectly as a result of your use of the Focus On Connections Club Service.
