Focus Power Hour
Practical support to help you get unstuck, get focused, and actually get things done
If you’re busy all the time but still feel like nothing quite moves forward, a Focus Power Hour is designed for you.
This isn’t motivation.
It isn’t coaching homework.
And it definitely isn’t another system you have to maintain.
A Focus Power Hour is 60 minutes of calm, structured, practical support where we focus on your priorities and work through them together — so progress actually happens.

What is a Focus Power Hour?
A Focus Power Hour is a one-hour working session where you get hands-on support with the tasks that keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list.
That might be admin you’ve been avoiding, things you know need doing but drain your energy, or tasks that feel small but somehow take up a lot of mental space.
We decide what matters most for you, right now, and then we work through it — with focus, clarity, and no pressure to be “productive” in a way that doesn’t suit you.
Many clients tell me:
“I didn’t realise how much headspace this was taking up until it was done.”
Who is a Focus Power Hour for?
A Focus Power Hour is ideal if you’re:
• running a UK micro-business or solo business
• time-poor and juggling everything
• feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck
• neurodivergent (diagnosed or not) and finding traditional productivity advice unhelpful
• carrying a long mental to-do list that never seems to shrink
It’s especially helpful if you’ve ever thought:
“I’m busy, but I don’t know where my time goes.”
“I don’t need a full VA — I just need help with this.”
“I know what needs doing, I just can’t start.”
You don’t need to be organised.
You don’t need a plan.
You don’t even need to know exactly what you need help with yet.
What can we work on in a Focus Power Hour?
Every session is different, because every business (and brain) is different.
Common Focus Power Hour tasks include:
• inbox sorting and email decision-making
• uploading content, products, or resources
• tidying systems that have quietly grown messy
• preparing for launches, events, or deadlines
• transcription, admin catch-up, or content support
• figuring out what actually matters this week
• breaking a stuck task into manageable steps
If it’s been sitting on your list and draining your energy, it probably belongs in a Focus Power Hour.
What makes a Focus Power Hour different?
This isn’t about pushing you harder.
It’s about clarity instead of noise, progress instead of perfection, and support instead of struggle.
I work with you, not over you.
There’s no judgement, no ticking clocks, and no pressure to do things “the right way”.
We adapt the session to your energy, your capacity, and how your brain works that day.
Many neurodivergent clients tell me this is the first time support has felt flexible rather than demanding.
What will I leave with?
By the end of a Focus Power Hour, clients usually leave with:
• tasks completed (not just planned)
• reduced mental load
• clearer priorities
• fewer open loops
• a sense of calm and control
Sometimes the biggest win is simply knowing:
“That’s done. I can stop thinking about it now.”
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. If you want to bring a list, you can — but it’s not required. We can work it out together.
Is this coaching or admin support?
It’s practical support with a human approach. There’s no coaching model, no worksheets, and no pressure to “perform”.
What if I don’t know what I need help with?
That’s very common. We’ll start there.
Can I book more than one Focus Power Hour?
Yes. Some people book one-offs, others book in blocks when things feel busy or heavy.
